Fuji Asian Bistro in Homosassa

The only reason this place isn't slammed all the time is because of the plaza that it's in.. The food is ALWAYS good. The owners are amazing and have came out to say thanks and shake my hand almost every time we've gone.10/10 easily recommend, especially if your more local then going to World Fusion. Even if you aren't, still a very genuine place that's worth a try.

The sushi is delicious. I highly recommend getting sushi here. The Chinese food was pretty good as well.

Chicken tasted very old. Teriyaki chicken tasted like road kill. I spit it out.

This was our first time here. The chef actually came out and greeted us! The food was wonderful and the prices were excellent. Overall we were very pleased with this restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

Charlie is a great cook plain and simple.going to miss him when he closes July 17. Hope the new owner is half as good

The food is fabulous best Asian restaurant in Homosassa one of my favorites. Charlie the owner is personal friend and always looks out for me introducing new rolls. The koi pond in the atmosphere is so relaxing. Highly recommended two thumbs up

Good service and good food

First time ever going since my husband is working at the Crystal River Citrus Power Plant and I can say the Gator Roll Sushi was amazing

The food was not really tasty and the service was bad as well. I ordered Salomon and it was still half frozen. Would absolutely NOT recommend eating there.

Came in here over the weekend for dinner. We were wanting sushi and wanted to try somewhere new in citrus county. We came here and there was ample seating. Our waitress was great and provided awesome service. We ordered 4 rolls soup and a salad. I was excited to see they had hot and sour soup. Very few places have that so I was happy to see that on the menu. The salads were great and the ginger dressing was good as well. We got our rolls and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed them. We got the volcano roll, dynamite roll, fried gator roll and mango roll. I was surprised at the mango roll. I’ve never had one with fruit but that roll has converted me to trying more in the future. I was impressed with all the rolls and I hope the fried gator becomes a regular roll I enjoyed it that much. This is place is definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

Had a great time there the food was great the prices were great the well I think I said great enough what else do you need I wouldn't pass it up I will go there again and enjoy another great meal

Phenomenal food, can be slow. But completely worth it

Sushi was good ... not excellent, but good. The waitress was a little forgetful. She would ask if we wanted something then get sidetracked for an extended amount of time, then finally bring what you requested.I'm a big sushi fan and have eaten sushi in 50 or more different restaurants, so when I say it was good sushi, I am comparing it to some really great sushi. The food and service leave this restaurant at 3 stars. Don't expect fantastic, but if you want decent sushi and a cold beer, they have you covered.

The food is delicious! The owners prepare fresh sushi in the open dining area. The service and food is excellent. I do not believe you will be disappointed. Try it!

Had I read some of the reviews prior we would have NEVER gone. Terrible experience. I asked for a extra plate and I'm almost postive that the plate had never been cleanned. I think our server just used a napkin to wipe it off and brought it to me. There was still some sort of sticky sauce caked on the plate extra plate. We left and went to World Fusion Grill and Sushi Bar - which by the way is excellent!

Disgusting. Don't eat the sushi! It is not fresh. Also they use almost no fish. It is all rice.... Which is good because the fish they had is not fresh.

The Gator roll is excellent. Very fresh, I have never seen this anywhere else!

Excellent Asian restaurant. I really enjoy their Homosassa chicken as my go to meal but everything here is wonderful. Charlie the owner and chef always comes out with a smile on his face to greet his customers and ensure the food is good! Also a great place to get sushi.

What a great place. Staff was wonderful and the owner who came out to ask us how everything was, and he was just the nicest guy. And the food.... WOW! we have sushi and sashimi and it was awesome. Ps try the alligator roll. So worth it!

The food was absolutely disgusting. Didn't eat it. I told the server that we were going to go somewhere else to get some edible food and she said she would recommend that lol. Hilarious.

We stopped for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The meal was beautifully presented and the food was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable.

Their Homosassa chicken is off-the-charts delicious. Their sushi is absolutely the best you can get. Everything is fresh and cooked in front of your eyes. Enjoy their afternoon lunch specials. There's nothing that you could order that you wouldn't enjoy at this marvelous establishment. I've been eating here for over a decade.
